Terms and conditions

1. Introduction

Commercial relations between Factop and customers are governed exclusively by the following general conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement, unless agreed in writing; even placing an online order implies full acceptance of the conditions indicated below.

2. Customer

Factop sells to:

• telephone resellers; • technical assistance; • Independent retailers of consumer electronics; • independent electronics resellers. • private individuals

3. Responsibility

Factop is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, deriving from the sale of goods offered in the online catalog, published on the website www.factop.it, even for delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Factop.

4. Technical information

The technical information included in the website is obtained from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. Factop, therefore, reserves the right to modify / adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog based on what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without any prior notice.

5. Prices

All prices entered on the site, in the price list column, are gross prices, VAT included. Prices and discounts can be changed at any time, without notice.

6. Shipping time costs

Factop currently avails itself of the collaboration of the GLS courier for its deliveries in Italy. Delivery times are approximately 24/48 hours, depending on the destination area (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). All shipments are carriage paid at destination with recovery of transport costs on the invoice.

Storage costs

• in case of shipment returned to our warehouse because it is refused without valid reason by the customer or because the courier is unable to deliver, after 15 days from the opening of the warehouse, € 15.00 will be charged in the next shipment.

7. Payments

We accept all popular forms of payment.

• Using a credit or prepaid card registered on www.paypal.it, you can send your payment via PayPal, very fast method: no cost and maximum protection guaranteed by the PayPal system.

• Alternatively, you can pay for the order by credit card, prepaid card

• If you prefer to use your bank / postal account you can opt for a bank transfer. It is advisable to insert the order number in the reason for payment. This number is sent to you by email immediately after purchase, together with our bank details which you can request from the email address info@factop.it. We recommend that you speed up the processing of your order by anticipating the receipt of the bank transfer via email (info@factop.it)

• Factop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, if the customer is "out of credit", "with outstanding" or "with dispute".

8. Treatment of personal data

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, the customer acknowledges that "personal data" communicated and / or exchanged, even in the pre-contractual information phase, will be processed pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the effects and with the purposes referred to in art. 24, paragraph 1, lett. b) and subsequent amendments and additions to the same Legislative Decree 196/2003. It is also understood that the customer expressly consents to the transfer of "personal data" pursuant to and by effect of art. 43, paragraph 1, lett. b) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and, in any case, to their communication and dissemination.

9. Conditions

The conditions contained in this document may be modified without prior notice and will be valid from the date of publication on the website.

10. Invoicing

The invoicing of the goods will be deferred for each individual delivery note.

In the case of payment with Ri.Ba. 30DD F.M. it will be carried out once a month by grouping all the delivery notes of the relevant month. The invoice will be addressed and sent (also electronically if with consent) directly to the registered tax domicile.

VAT-free invoicing must be agreed in advance with Factop. Current VAT rate in force 22%.

In the case of cash on delivery, we will proceed with the deferred invoicing of each individual delivery note. No invoices will be made with a company name other than the registered one. 11. Availability and stock

The availability of each individual product is visible during the order creation phase.

12. Book

For products not currently available Factop gives the possibility to book them:

• At the time of booking you will have the opportunity to see the approximate date of arrival at our warehouse. • Once the item has been booked, it will be purchased, for this reason the order cannot be canceled or modified in any way.

The reserved item will be automatically inserted in the shipment of the next order according to the Factop general conditions of sale.
